The Idaho Society of Clinical Oncology has converted our 2021 Fall Meeting on Friday, October 22^nd to a virtual event. Corporate member meetings via Zoom will run from approximately 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. MDT and the clinical meeting will run from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. Exact times will be assigned. You can use this opportunity to talk about new company initiatives, legislative issues, patient programs, or other news, but the meetings should be non-promotional/non-sales in nature. Diamond members receive 12 minutes, Gold members receive 8 minutes, and Silver members receive 4 minutes.

Please let us know by Friday, October 15^th if you plan to participate in the Corporate Member Meetings by RSVPing for this event. Up to four representatives from each company may participate, so please indicate how many guests will be joining you.

In an effort to provide you with additional opportunities to connect with our attendees, we will produce an e-binder featuring our Corporate Members. Our acknowledgement page will include your company name with a direct link to your company’s main webpage. Diamond members have the added benefit of displaying a logo on this page. We will also include any flyers, documents, and business cards/contact information that you would normally share at an in-person exhibit. Please submit any information you would like included to IdahoOncology@gmail.com by Tuesday, October 19^th.

ISCO hopes to proceed with our 2022 Spring Corporate Member reception in May, as well as our 2022 Fall Meeting, and we will have more information in the months ahead. We value our partnership and look forward to the day we can meet in person again. Thank you for your continued support.
